These Terms and Conditions govern your use of jackpotcitycasino.digital. By accessing this site or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms. Read them in full before registering. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this site. Use of this site is void where prohibited by applicable law. 2. Account Registration
You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. Any activity on your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team in writing.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
We are required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. Verification requires submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within 90 days, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal requests being suspended. Documents are reviewed within one business day in most cases.
4. Deposits
Deposits are accepted in Canadian dollars via the payment methods listed on the banking page. The minimum deposit is CA$10. Deposits are credited to your account immediately in most cases. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is flagged by our fraud detection systems. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.
5. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is CA$10. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and internal review before processing. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after approval. Bank transfers take 3 to 5 business days. The monthly withdrawal cap is CA$4,000. Requests above this limit require prior arrangement with the account team. Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses are subject to individual terms which are displayed at the time of the offer. The welcome package of up to CA$1,600 across four deposits carries a wagering requirement of 70x on the bonus amount. Bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal.
